Independently tested
Independent testing of our sea bird guano resulted in the following nutrients analysis:
• Nitrogen: 0.8%
• Phosphorus: 4.3%
• Potassium: 0.2%
Sea bird guano is a highly prized, organic fertilizer amendment composed of the accumulated excrement and remains of indigenous and migratory sea birds found on Pacific coast islands from Baja California (Mexico) to Peru.
Sea bird guano is a highly effective fertilizer amendment due to its exceptional content of three nutrients essential for plant growth: nitrogen, phosphate, and potassium. Sea bird guano consists of nitrogen-rich ammonium oxalate and urate, phosphates, and potash due to the birds’ exclusive diet of small fish. There is simply no other natural, organic material that contains equivalent percentages of these nutrients so vital to plant growth. The phosphorus contained in sea bird guano provides a time-released plant food that promotes root and bud development, while increasing each plant’s ability to absorb available minerals.
Sea bird guano helps eliminate the need for harsh, costly, and environmentally problematic chemicals by providing key natural nutrients and microbial enzymes that encourage plants to use sunlight more efficiently.

A major, privately owned farming organization tested our sea bird guano with results monitored by an independent,
certified plant nutritionist and crop advisor:
In the greenhouse, 1 part guano added to 15 parts or more dirt with small amounts of lava rock (for water retention) resulted in spectacular increases in yield and shorter growth cycles.
Sea bird guano applied to Persian cucumbers had documented increased growth six days after application.
A hydroponic crop of heirloom cherry tomatoes treated with sea bird guano resulted in harvest 15 days earlier than previous crops.
Heirloom cherry tomatoes increased yields from 32 tons/acre without sea bird guano to 57 tons/acre with application of sea bird guano.
